Matthew Lumb is a fully trained Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to ABBE level 3
and is accredited with NHER. Accreditation number: NHER005002

Matthew is based in North Wiltshire and offers a Timely, professional service.

In partnership with a SAVA/NHER and Quest, Matthew can produce the full HIP pack
for freehold properties.  
The cost of the HIP is £295 incl.  (FREEHOLD properties only).

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are now required for rented property.

The EPC will be required whenever the property is marketed to prospective
new tenants and is an essential component of the Home Information Pack.
